Meet R Team
Steve
Steve Reichman has worked in the ag chemical procurement business for over 20 years. He joined the R Alliance team in May of 2022. As a farmer himself and former branch manager at Reichman Sales & Service, Steve is looking forward to leading his trusted team into this new venture using the experience and industry knowledge he’s gained over the years. Steve is a long-time resident of Toluca and currently lives in town with his wife Danielle and two boys, Connor and Cohen.
Craig
Craig Moritz has worked with the Reichman Family since 2011. He graduated from ISU with a degree in Ag Industry Management Agronomy in 2007. Prior to working with Steve and our team, Craig worked for Ruff Brothers Grain and Reichman Sales & Service. He now lives in Minonk with his wife Jackie, and two kids Annabelle and Isaac. Craig also farms corn and soybeans with his family, and with his product knowledge, sales experience, and work in the field, he is sure to assist you in your crop protection needs.
Diane
Diane has been working with the Reichman Family since 2006. She prides herself on her customer relations as she will be the first face you see when you walk in our front door, and the first voice you hear when you give us a call. Diane and her husband Bob enjoy spending time with her 2 kids and 3 grandkids. With her customer knowledge and close relationship to the team, Diane is sure to make sure you get in touch with the right person for all your chemical needs.
Dan
Dan “aka Dirtman” has been working for the Reichman Family since 2017. Dan graduated from Illinois Central College in 2005 with a degree in Applied Science. Dan previously worked for Caterpillar, Hagie, and Federal Signal in customer service rolls before joining the Reichman Family in 2017 as head of Logistics and Warehousing for Express Source Ag. As a lifelong friend to Steve and the rest of our team, Dan has taken on the role as Warehouse and Logistics Manager as well as building relationships with our customers and suppliers. Dan currently lives in Toluca with his wife Katy and three boys, Parker, Paxton, and Payton. Dan is also the highway commissioner for the local township, the president of the Toluca Sportsman’s Club, and a member of the Toluca-Rutland Fire Department. In his free time, Dan enjoys hunting with his dog Deke, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
Matthew
Matthew has worked for the family business for around 6 years in total. He started working as a warehouse hand at Reichman Sales & Service in 2014 when he was in 8th grade and worked summers throughout high school and college. He studied at Purdue University where he graduated in 2019 with a degree in Finance and Economics. After two years of working in Chicago in Asset Administration, Matthew has decided to take on a larger role within the family business. He is now living in Bloomington with his girlfriend Avery and dog Marvel.
